Remedy experience
AWS configuration
Jive Knowhow
LDAP active directory knowhow
At least basic certification/knowledge for ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
Expert hands on experience in Linux/ OS/ DB /scripting
Experience on kubernetes
Strong understanding of processes , able to define and implement new processes
Some knowledge on "owncloud"
Experience in Monitoring activities ( App Dynamics)
Create meaningful statistics and reports
