JOB DETAIL

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting of Networking environment by meeting Customer Expectations & build service deliverables based on ITIL Standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pro actively monitor & perform health check status of Customer Infrastructure on daily basis.

Attend the calls allocated by helpdesk and daily updation to the helpdesk on the same and adheres to the NOC process.

Responsible for customer accounts allocated by NOC Manager and ensure the SLA/Commitment are met.

Remotely access customer's problems and solve their queries.

Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking problems & network designs.

Perform requirements analysis and develop hardware/software solutions to meet the business requirements.

Perform installation of hardware and implementation of software and review network management and monitoring tools.

Extensive hands-on experience with Network enterprise-class firewalls, routers and switches.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex data network related issues, internetworking.

Work with complex problems and provide innovative suggestions for solutions.

Configuration and Management of IPSEC Site to Site VPN, Remote-access VPN & SSL VPN

Configuration and Management of ACLs,NAT,EtherChannel,SPAN,VLAN.

Respond promptly to service faults and engage internal and external service providers to ensure that faults are resolved as soon as possible.

Escalate & resolve the complex customer problems.

Adhere and follow ITIL process (incident, problem, and change & configuration management
