As an AEM developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining public facing and highly available B2B, B2C, B2B2C websites using Adobe Experience Manager.
Trouble shoot, work on new enhancements and implement change requests in the existing web applications built using Adobe Experience Manager.
Mentor junior developers on AEM and best coding practices.
Experience:
Experience as AEM developer
Strong hand on experience in Components, Templates, Taxonomy, metadata management, Forward and Reverse Replication, Workflows, ContentPublishing and un-publishing, Tagging, Analytics and Deployment
Strong hands-on design experience in OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak and Adobe Dispatcher
Has followed Quality Processes for projects like Continuous Integration (Bamboo/Jenkins), SonarQube, Code reviews (Manual and Automated), code Formatters, Automation testing etc.
Good understanding of Java (7/8), Java EE, servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a reasonable understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as spring
Good Understanding of end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processes
Understanding of frontend technologies like Bootstrap, Backbone.js, React, Handlebars, Grunt, Angular, CSS3, HTML 5 and jQuery
Experience in troubleshooting and working closely with other Development team members.
Should be following the best practices of AEM and Dispatcher configurations.
Basic understanding of DNS and networking concepts.
Comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the company.
Able to work independently and mentor junior resources.
Experience with any Cloud like AWS, Azure, GCP is a big plus
