JOB DETAIL

Mandatory Skills:

  • Administration of existing SAP Systems in a 24X7-support model
  • Handle administration of sap including the installation, configuration, upgrades and maintenance. Installation may include SAP R/3, ECC, CRM, PI/PO, BW, GRC, FIORI, HANA, Net weaver, SSO, Portal, Net Weaver components, Content server and Open text add-on and Solution Manager.
  • Good knowledge on Migrations especially from ECC to HANA and S/4 HANA ( From On- Premises to cloud like Azure/AWS platforms).
  • Perform both release and Support Package Stack upgrades for ABAP and JAVA SSO and SSL configuration, resolving certification issues.
  • Working knowledge on Unix/Linux - Windows operating systems.
  • Perform client administration like local client copy, remote client copy, create and deleting clients.
  • Create and restore data backups, manage the database space allocation
  • Perform printer or spool configuration and administration
  • Good Knowledge on TMS and Print administration.
  • Monitor and manage the servers, background jobs, performance of the system
  • Should have experience knowledge in Solution Manager 7.2 along with basic setup and technical monitoring, CHARM Configuration.
  • Experience in SAP Kernel upgrade, through all systems using a structured methodology.
  • Refresh of non-prod systems on a regular basis.
  • Able to understand Networking skills Like IP address configurations and pinging concept.
  • Prepare the Root cause analysis documents and reports of the SAP Systems
  • Analyzing ABAP Dumps, System Logs and Performance related Issues and fine-tuning the relevant Parameters
  • Provide analysis based on troubleshooting for timely closure of tickets
  • To Share expertise and experience to help other team members.
  • To Work cooperatively with others to accomplish corporate, department and project goals / objectives.
