Roles & Responsibilities

Working as Tech Lead

Able to manage and execute work done through team members Contribution in solutioning for any given problem statement

Interaction & Coordination with Product Team & other stakeholders

Design and update software documentation

Design, develop, modify, implement and support software components anywhere in the Software stack.

Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.

Assist in task planning, estimation & scheduling

Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities. Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.

Work with the Architecture team whenever is required

Senior Tech lead Requirements

Broad experience in designing, programming, and implementing large information systems.

Should be amazingly good in backend technologies like PHP, NodeJS using frameworks

Having Java working experience is a plus

Should have good working knowledge on Unit Test frameworks Should be amazingly good in javascript technologies like Angular7+, Jquery

Should be extremely good in working with databases (MySQL/MongoDB/Firebase)

Experience using system monitoring tools and infrastructure

Good to have working experience on Cloud Technology like AWS/Azure/Google

Should have very good exposure to Agile Methodology

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
