Job Summary

Maintenance of portfolios of current mortgage customer base. Deepening the portfolio and managing the clients business requirement. Cross selling of various bank products.
Detailed Responsibilities

Managing existing relationships profitably
Maintaining quality of existing assets
Earning fee based income through cross selling of other products of the bank.
Generating New Clients thru References from existing clients and thus increasing the Portfolio Width
To maintain & follow up Accounts plan for each of the existing relationship.
To ensure strict call discipline in respect of existing clients.
To ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
Share Early Warning Signals picked up during client visits with the Immediate Supervisor for quick damage control
