Responsibilities
• Work with engineering and business teams on designing, building and deploying analytics solutions.
• Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for model development, model validation, model implementation and large scale data analysis.
• Develop metrics and prototypes that can be used to drive business decisions.
• Create algorithms to extract information from large data sets.
• Provide thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects.
• Identify emergent trends and opportunities for future growth and development.
• Work independently or drive solutions end to end with an ability to collaborate with partners to implement solutions.
• Act as subject matter expert in the organization help grow the culture of data driven decision making in the organization.

• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools line R, SAS etc.
• Proficiency in developing code in one or more languages like SQL, Python, .Net, C/ C++, C# etc.
• Extensive experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
• Proficiency in data visualization and presentations.
• Experience with big data technologies like COSMOS, Hadoop, and Cassandra etc.
• Exposure to database design and data modeling is a plus.
