Should have hands- on experience in program/project management, planning, execution, monitoring and risk assessment mitigation skills with ability to support multiple simultaneous projects, managing scope, cost and schedule.
Shall be managing complete IT Project Management including requirement analysis, project planning (scoping, budgeting), WBS, IT transition (onsite offshore delivery models), project scheduling, contract management, resource management.
Experienced in collaborating, coordinating, negotiating and motivating distributed teams (onsite, offshore and near shore) including other multiple vendors in support of timeline and project deliverables.
Ability in initiating and running projects/program by resource management, training and mentoring onsite and offshore staff including junior managers, software engineers, and QA engineer.
Project Delivery Delivering the projects as per the Service Agreement and SOW, targeting customer satisfaction by providing the quality product in the agreed timelines.
Major responsibilities include requirements management through BRDs and feasibility analysis, account and risk management, release planning, monitoring and control
Experience on both TM and Fixed Cost mode.
Helping team in System analysis, design development in Devops, Mainframes, Java RFT environments.
Training and Development Creating the Individual Development Plans for the project teams. Plan the technical and behavioral trainings according to the development plans.
