AWS Description
- Perform VPC implementations.
- Perform RDS implementations.
- Perform Backup implementations.
- Perform ElasticCache implementations.
- Implement High Availability AWS infrastructure.
- Implement High Performance AWS infrastructure.
- Implement Secure Infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance of servers (such as, server patching).
- Resolve client's' AWS Server related issues.
- Escalate unsolved issues to AWS Support.
- Configure AWS notifications.
- Administration of file, gateway, domain controller, database, and web servers.
- Back up critical data and restore data as per user demands.
Linux Administration
- Demonstrate RHCE equivalent knowledge of Linux OS.
- Perform quick and efficient troubleshooting of hardware, network, and software-related problems on servers and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Demonstrate high level of competence in using Web Servers, MySQL Server, Linux Firewall, Linux based version control.
- Demonstrate proficiency in use of backup technologies.
- Demonstrate high-level knowledge of VoIP protocols, audio codecs in order to manage and troubleshoot the VoIP infrastructure.
- Delegate work according to individual skills and experience.
- Apply appropriate tools and techniques to track task allocation and progress for self and team members.
- Research, learn, and implement cost-effective tools to achieve optimization of hardware and network resources.
- Proactively track fulfillment of clients' requirements and any changes in the same to ensure timely communication & fulfilment.
- Strong knowledge High Availability Infra Setup Web, Database, NAS (DRBD & Heartbeat), Load Balancing.
- Strong knowledge of NGINX, Tomcat & Apache.
- Patch Management.
- Automation tools like Chef, Puppet, Git & Jenkins.
- Strong Knowledge of Monitoring tools Zabbix or Nagios.
