JOB DETAIL

Linux System Administration with experience in Storage and Network troubleshooting .

  • Experience in handling day to day Linux Operations.
  • Hands on experience with Azure/AWS/ Open Stack cloud solutions and optimize.
  • Server Performance Monitoring
  • Monitoring and optimizing performance for various services (i.e. Apache, JBoss, Tomcat), OS resources (memory, CPU, disk IO), and platforms (Load balancers, Xen, VMware, Monsoon, UCS, Azure, AWS)
  • Strong hands on experience on virtual (VMware/XEN) and Physical Servers (Cisco UCS, HP, Lenovo)
  • Extremely Well versed in handling EMC/NetApp Storage on Linux Operating System
  • Experience in working with HANA/Oracle/MySQL DBAs for Provisioning Storage.
  • Research and Document the best practices for SAN/NAS Storage on Linux/UNIX OS Systems.
  • Strong Skills on Linux- LVM
  • Strong hands on native/Power path MPIO
  • Hands on experience on handling SSSD, LDAP
  • Experience on Virtualized Storage on Linux Operating Systems
  • Experience in SUSE Cluster administration.
  • Experience with Shell /Perl /python scripting and other programming languages
  • Experience with Chef/Puppet/ Salt/Ansible automation.
  • Experience on storage Monitoring tools like Zabbix/SolarWinds/Spectrum.
  • Knowledge in HTTP Headers, HTTPS load balancing, and web transactions.
  • Maintaining OS system security standards, host and client access, and automating required audits.
  • Create detailed technical documentation and provide Training to other entry and intermediate team members.
  • Experience with Devops tools such as Jenkins, Git etc.. are preferred.

  • Attend and resolve incidents and Service Requests
