1. Provide prod support for Documentum Compliance Manager and D2 Application Documentum Support on Windows and UNIXLINUX platform,

2. Working experience on DCMD2 is mandatory.

3. Experience in Content Management, Security, User Management, Workflows, Lifecycles and Audit Management.

4. Work Experience in DQL and API scripts.

5. Experience on Content Transformation Services, xPlore index services.

6. Good knowledge of SDLC ITIL processes.

7. Monitor the batch jobs and ensure that they complete as per the SLA Troubleshoot and Fix all issues for any batch job failures.

8. Make appropriate communications for all prod issues, and follow the right escalation process and Send various status reports in SLA.

9. Plans, performs, and manages medium complexity production support tasks and activities that require generic knowledge about application and infrastructure support.

10. Good understanding of regulatory Standards like 21 CFR Part 11, ICH, GxP

11. Willingness to work in Flexible timings (Shifts 24x7)

12. Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills

13. Works on planning and execution of problem, incidents, production processes, change controls and service requests.
