Position: Domestic IT BDM
Role and Responsibilities:
Generate qualified opportunities by meeting the set of standards .Secure sales funnel by adding them in CRM .
Ability to communicate and tailor our sales proposition through extensive research.
Support the sales team with draft agreements, presentations, collateral, brouchers, mailers ,greetings etc.
Should be abreast of Technologies, Corporates, functions, projects, hiring initiatives, events, decision makers ,RFP /RFI due dates and current market trends.
Enhancing interpersonal, presentation, selling and negotiation skills in an ongoing basis.
Perform all the activities in CRM and record MOM's and KYC's etc for decision making process..
Ready to travel to meet clients and attend events, Should have learning excitement and enthusiasm to create opportunities through innovative strategies .
Develop and conceptualize marketing campaigns.
RFI and RFP preparation, Agreements execution and documentation process.
Collections, extending assistance to Account Manager and BDM at times on educating bout clients and requirements.

Qualification & Skills:
Should have 4 years of experience as a Business Development in IT staffing industry
Pleasing personality and discipline.
Outstanding verbal & written communication skills.
Eloquent and self-confident communicator comfortable speaking with C-Level executives.
Can express their ideas in persuasive emails and other written communications.
