Job Description:
Must have hands-on experience in working with the following tools/technologies:
- Oracle Hyperion Financial Management on 11.1.2.4
- Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager
- Jython Scripting for Hyperion
- Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting
- Should have 3-5 years of extensive hands on experience in designing HFM solution to cater various consolidation needs as per IFRS, USGAAP, other GAAP and MIS.
- Managed and executed at least 2-3 end-to-end HFM implementations covering complete life cycle.
- Responsible for building best practices within financial close and consolidation processes and reporting.
- Have good experience of supporting HFM application at least done 2-3 support projects.
- Ability to research application and service logs to troubleshoot application issues.
- Coordinate issue resolution within internal and external technical support provider.
- Good understanding of the entire Financial Close Process at standalone and group level.
- Good exposure of metadata loading from different systems.
- Should have comprehensive knowledge of configuration and functionalities of product like HFM & FDQM. Experience on 11.1.2.4 preferred.
- Should have experience in analyzing the requirements for every deliverable, providing alternative solutions based on the requirements of the client and integrating the same in the Application designing.
- Should have experience in Effort estimation, Business Requirement Documentation (BRD).
- Should have experience in rule dictionary preparation, writing business rule in HFM and validation rules in FDMEE/FDQM with different scenarios
- Should have comprehensive knowledge & experience of ERP module which automates the metadata and data load from ERP system to Hyperion systems like HFM/Planning /FDQM and further allows drill down of the transaction details to the source data from the Hyperion system/reports to the ERP system.
- Basic knowledge on SAP as source is added advantage
- Should able to manage the customer / business user interaction
- Have Good knowledge of data and profile securities.
- Experience in other tools like Hyperion Planning & Essbase, DRM, FDMEE will be an added advantage.
- SQL knowledge is required.
- Adept with Oracle Hyperion architecture
- FCCS will be an added advantage.
- Also oracle certification will be added advantage.
