JOB DETAIL

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate solid developer skills with “Can do” attitude and solve the complex/technical challenges in Sales, Service and Community support related use cases.
  • Should be able to directly work with business users in various time zones in APAC, EMEA regions and also in EST and PST time zones and understand the business requirements and ask the required questions.
  • Should be flexible enough to work in overlap-time with onsite (in PST) IT Business Analyst team.
  • Develop and build Lightning Components for specific business requirements.
  • Modify and Create the Reports and Dashboards in Lightning UI.
  • Respond to Production Support Tickets/Requests as per SLAs and troubleshoot issues while documenting the resolution for future reference.
  • Create Lightning Components, Apex class, VF pages and develop Java Script for specific requirements as required.
  • Perform analysis, administration, troubleshooting, testing, software and data environment refreshes as needed
  • Create/change page layouts, metadata, fields, profiles, and business rules (validations and workflow) to support business requirements.
  • Package and deploy software changes to all environments (development, testing, production)
  • Document system configurations and change management.

Skill & Knowledge:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com Architecture, Design and Development.
  • 5+ years working on implementations of the Salesforce.com application (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Community Cloud)
  • Candidate must have completed at least 4-5 Salesforce Implementations successfully.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application is a MUST
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in building the Lightning components and applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce APEX code, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL and Triggers.
  • Experience to build and modify Salesforce.com Reports and Dashboards.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Steelbrick CPQ.
  • Experience in development and production deployment using ANT, Force.com IDE, etc.
  • High Level proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
  • Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control with limited supervision.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage parallel projects, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pre-Sales Activities like Customer presentation, Demo, POC , Proposal
  • Salesforce certifications(PD1, PD2, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) is added advantage
  • Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships
