The Sonetel phone system is a global phone system for companies. With a PBX at its core and many other exciting and innovative features, it is based on open VOIP telephony standards. It provides a plug n play unified communications solution with SIP based telephony, instant messaging, presence and many others.

Sonetel is building a Chat Assistance Platform (ChAP) for small businesses. ChAP will replace the current browse and search paradigms with a new conversation paradigm between these small businesses and their customers. ChAP will enable small businesses to have automated, intelligent, goal driven, natural language conversations with their customers.

Job Description

The person will be a part of the core product development team of the Sonetel based out of Hyderabad, India. The person will play significant role in building test automation frameworks/services for testing all services – APIs, Microservices, Telephony systems

This job involves working in a challenging start-up environment requiring a fast paced, flexible and adaptive approach towards methods, processes and techniques used in product testing of a complex telephony system. Multi-tasking and switching between different roles is a key aspect of the job. It requires the person to have the orientation and capacity to deliver while working in a small team.
