- Experience in a multi-country high traffic ecommerce business implementing web sites, service-oriented (SOA) architectures , middle-ware & supply chain solutions
- Ability to work with technologists based in multiple, global locations
- Experience with building scalable, high performing and robust Java applications
- In depth understanding of emerging technologies, patterns, and consumer trends .
- Strong in-depth Java Enterprise Web application expertise - J2EE
- Experience with Spring Frameworks
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience
- JQuery and AJAX experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience with application performance optimization and driving performance efficiency across disparate technologies.
- Test driven development & Automated Unit Testing experience
- Continuous Integration experience
