Experience Required : 2+ yrs
Responsibilities include :
- New Business acquisition, responsible for the complete sales lifecycle
- Making Cold Calls and Lead Generation for USA/UK markets
- Develop, nurture, prospect and sustain effective new Business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals
- The individual must develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification , assist in proposal , assist in final selection , due diligence and closing.
- 2+ years of extensive experience in bringing new business/Software Projects for the company.
- Should have experience in Cold Calling & Lead Generation for USA/UK markets
- Should have experience selling in any one of the following IT services
1) Application Development/Maintenance
2) Software Testing/Quality Assurance (QA) /Validation Services
- Exposure to the International markets, especially in USA/UK market
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to deal at the CXO level in Fortune 1000 companies
- Exceptionally skilled at forging long-term relationships
- Should be able to handle the entire Business Development/Account Management functions
- Able to handle all responsibilities pertaining to Business development
- Develop, implement, and manage our global business strategy
- Accurately forecasts revenue streams. Prepare budgets for the same
- Responsible for 100% Client Satisfaction and revenue generation in the given region
- Should be able to walk the extra mile if required to ensure business growth , self starter and an independent thinker
- Implement specific marketing activities to acquire targeted prospects
- Implement specific account management activities to increase penetration and expansion in assigned client organizations
- Implement account management activities to build customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty
- Develop long-term high level relationships with key contacts in assigned accounts
- Collaborate with Business Development Manager and sales team members to achieve sales team revenue goals
- Partner with consulting resources to ensure customer satisfaction on all projects delivered
Qualification : BE/MCA/Equivalent
