Conduct Delivery Audits (covering work product quality checks with Practice SME’s, SCM Audits, PDA/Gate Checks)
Enable Client & Delivery focus on quality of deliverables and meeting milestone & SLA commitments
Minimize Overruns, Provide Lead Indicators and End-End follow up
Proactive approach with taking end-end support to identify, close risks/issues till the end
Review Delivery performance by Quality, productivity, progress/variances related metrics
Solutions & recommendations, Value Additions
QA Checks for new technologies / client specific checks for the engagements
Provide inputs to Monthly Delivery Reviews (MDRs) across MUs in a consistent & effective manner providing early insights on challenges and enabling resolution
Facilitate Internal/ External/ Client, Group Audits / ODC for process & contract compliance
Required Skills
Wealth Management industry experience
Good delivery exposure to UI/UX design experience
Marketing Campaign management experience with Strong and fearless communication / reporting
Technical experience with Java, .Net and AWS (hosting and data analytics) and Managed services experience with Siebel
Resolution and recommendations provider
Experience in Customer Engagement consulting strategy and Innovation
Knowledge of project Financials, Budgeting, Forecasting
Agile and Scrum methods, Project Management/Engagement Management knowledge is desirable
