JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and building target account database from business directories, social network sites and etc.
  • Pursuing the leads generated by marketing/ internal team and qualifying them further through dedicated prospecting and outbound calling.
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate Fission Infotech value propositions to key decision makers.
  • Connecting with C/VP/director level contacts across various organisations departments through emails /calls and spreading awareness.
  • Maintain high activity level with prospects and timely follow-up.
  • Keep prospects engaged through the sales cycle and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Update and maintain a prospect base by recording all the activities in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly/yearly targets
  • Individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in International Market.
  • Working closely with the marketing team, planning and executing campaigns for given accounts/verticals.

R equirements:

  • Hands on experience in closing the deals.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • The ability to get on with people at all levels and influence them.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
  • An ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines.
  • Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Team working and leadership skills.
  • Must have experience in International sales /Inside Sales (USA/UK) in IT Services/ Solutions
  • Must be willing to work in US timings (night shift: 9pm-6am)
  • 5 -10 years of professional experience in Inside Sales/ Market Research and Sales, US/UK markets
  • Knowledge of commonly used Sales and Solution selling concepts, practices, policies and procedures.
