As a part of our latest transformation, we are searching for an experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Developer to join our rapidly growing Hyderabad Center of Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and documenting existing components in our Salesforce environment. Additional responsibilities include building new features to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and/or enhance the CRM user experience. Qualified candidates should be comfortable working independently, and in collaboration with our internal team and third-party partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and improve custom tools and automated processes in Salesforce
• Gather requirements for new features and tools to be implemented within the business application environment
• Testing of business logic automation, including writing unit tests and executing manual testing
• Perform data migrations and mass updates as needed by the business
• Create documentation for any new features or tools, and update existing documentation as needed

Required Candidate profile

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years experience with Apex and Visualforce.
• 2+ years experience with Lightning Components
• 4+ years experience with Salesforce.com
• 4+ years experience with an object-oriented programming language, such as Java or C#
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Preferred: Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Proficient with Salesforce automation and customization tools, especially Visualforce, Lightning/Aura components, SOAP and REST APIs, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Process Builder and Flow, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Apex Tests, Apex Email Services, SOQL
• Preferred: Experience with Boomi or other integration platform

• Candidates should be able to adequately manage their own time, set priority and understand the business impact of the work they perform
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting and facilitating meetings
