As a part of our latest transformation, we are searching for an experienced Technical Project Manager who is ready for the next level of responsibility as we build out our Center of Excellence in Hyderabad. You should be able to take large, complex and ambiguous business requirements, and break them down into manageable projects, write functional specifications, and then deliver them in a successful and timely manner. You should be equally comfortable digging into business requirements as you are drilling into architecture and design with development teams. You thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and are not fazed by ambiguity or competing priorities. You anticipate bottlenecks and are an expert at balancing business needs versus technical constraints to move projects forward quickly. Successful candidates will have a technical background, be detail driven, have excellent problem solving abilities, and be able to communicate and influence at all levels.

What you will do:

• You will lead projects from inception to close, with superb planning and communication skills to establish timelines, prioritize work, and manage partner expectations.
• You will facilitate productive discussions to establish requirements and consider design alternatives with multi-functional teams.
• You will write, groom, and prioritize user stories and clearly document requirements with a solid business understanding and strong attention to detail
• You will drive process efficiency and on-time completion of roadmap items.
• You will guide delivery team to execute on defined requirements, remove blocking issues from day-to-day operations of the team, and identify and communicate risks
• You will define and drive testing across all impacted teams, including coordination of User Acceptance Testing
• You will be responsible for product release planning and release notes
• You will collaborate closely with US Engineering and Product Management teams to ensure you understand, and can effectively convey, product strategy and direction to your development teams.
• You will strongly serve and support your Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to bring value to customers. 
• Collaborate with US Product Management team to manage a backlog of Epics and User Stories for sprint execution.
• You will support a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem solving. 
• You will facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution. 
• Travel to the USA 2 - 3 times / year to align / plan with peer Development and Product Management counterparts.

Required Candidate profile

Who you are:

• 4+ years job experience in a senior software engineering role writing production code
• Full life-cycle product development experience (from vision to production).
• Experience as a technical lead or scrum master preferred
• BS in Computer Science 
• Agile Certified Professional, Certified Product Owner and/or Certified Scrum Master, preferred
• Ability to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems.
• Passionate to make things better at every opportunity
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Problem-solving skills and abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements, and effectively prioritize program deliverables
• Strong documentor of work to collaborate across local and USA teams that goes beyond the written
