Job description

Understanding of basic network fundamentals and protocols.

Understanding IP Subnet calculation and IP Space management

Understanding of DNS record types & queries.

Understanding of DNS master - slave structure

Understanding of various DNS zones - forward, reverse, stub, delegation etc.

Knowledge of ISC BIND & DHCP Servers

Managing the hardware and software of the device

Good knowledge of DNS/DHCP

DHCP troubleshooting for thin and thick clients

Understanding of creating VIPs pools

Understanding of command line interface including TMSH shell

Knowledge of Open SSL and dealing with SSL certificates

Good Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating System

Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for knowledge base.

Resolve internal customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
Work flexible schedules, which will include evenings, weekends or holidays.
Perform 24x7 on - call responsibilities during scheduled periods.
