JD for Functional Test Automation - P2:
Requirements:
- More than 4 years of experience on QA, with solid background in GUI and API automation testing
- Excellent ability in identifying application fault lines, on cloud hosted environments
- Explore technology solutions on action items, once the dependency owners/timelines are defined in Agile teams
- Can understand the automation practices in a continuous product delivery cycle
- General awareness on QA use cases for emerging technologies such as AI, NLP, iOT, Big Data
Responsibilities:
- Contribute in test framework/test tools development efforts
- Collaborate effectively with product stake holders on aggressive QA delivery goals
- Demonstrate technological
- Explore industry best practices on test automation, and show passion in involving on automation initiatives
- Keenly pursue end to end automation approach, by mastering domain expertise
- Help generate meaningful automation metrics for delivery projects
- Timely escalation of dependent tasks, and mention impacts on QA plan
Skills:
- Test automation tools - Selenium/UFT
- Very good programming skills in Java and test frameworks - TestNG/RestAssured/BDD
- Experience on automatic test data creation
- Experience working with data analytics tasks on QA use cases using AI/NLP will be a added advantage
- Work experience on test execution bed including docker containers
- Understanding of CI CD tools such as Jenkins
- Experience using ALM/JIRA test management tools
