Job description

Windows and Linux Server management, design, and improvement projects in a mission critical change controlled environment
Configure and troubleshoot mission critical IIS and Linux based web applications to ensure SLA compliance
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all application related server resources, systems and key processes using SolarWinds and other similar tools
Leveraging scripting skills (Python/Poweshell) to develop tools and scripts to allow for continuous product improvement based on internal and external product experiences
Configure, manage, and support of the following: VMWare, IIS, Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012 /2016, Microsoft SQL 2008 / 2012/ 2014 Cluster, and Linux (SLES) server
Analyze and resolve SaaS infrastructure faults and undertake routine preventative measures, and research and recommend new initiatives to proactively avoid outages
Monitor usage, capacity, and performance of servers; liaise with users and/or vendors to address problems and changes in requirements.
Maintain system documentation, including licenses, user manuals, hardware and software inventory, security listings, and diagrams.
Work with other global departments to provide an overall 99.9% availability of enterprise and production services through day to day operations, support
escalations and on call calendar activities
Patching & system updates, anti - virus and other security management, application configuration/management, and change control
Support and /or lead multiple SaaS implementations concurrently
Document and provide AirWatch solution feedback to our Software
Support AirWatch software quality assurance activities, including testing and
documentation of product issues
Work closely with DBA team to coordinate application administration / upgrades
