Job description

BDM - Project sales / Institutional sales - wooden flooring imported from Germany.

The German parent has been in wooden flooring for over 180yrs
 

Responsibilities

• Development of Institutional & Project business . 
• Key account management & adding new accounts to increase the projects business from corporates, 5 star hotels, top builders and Institutions.
• Create and execute plan for developing new business. 
• Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts.

ESSENTIAL Experience

Institutional project sales of high end building products
like
Wooden Flooring, luxury Sanitary ware, luxury Bath fittings
through 

Principal Architects & Interior Designers, Procurement & Design team, Projects Heads, PMCs, Consultants, Builders & Developers
