The successful candidate will work as part of a global team to manage the India multimedia team- reporting to the Head of APAC multimedia. The team sits within End User Technology and is part of the wider Technology team.
The India multimedia team is responsible for ensuring all equipment and rooms (60+) across the Mumbai and Bangalore campus are ready for business with minimal downtime, running events within the cafeterias and function spaces, managing video calls and providing ad hoc support for meetings.
Key responsibilities
Lead and develop the multimedia requirements in India.
Manage the outsourced multimedia operational team (currently 8 persons).
Ensure SLAs are met by vendors with a proactive approach to continual improvement.
Develop client and relationships and service delivery across the full portfolio of Multimedia services in India including day to day operations, events, projects and maintenance with growth areas such as streaming and video production.
To be a key part of the APAC multimedia management team contributing with ideas, feedback and initiatives to grow the quality and breadth of our service.
Provide reports as required and ensure vendor invoicing is on time and compliant.
To be local point of contact between projects team and local clients.
Qualifications
Key Skills
10+ years within a corporate environment providing multimedia services.
Strong leadership and management skills; lead with integrity.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and with ability to confidently speak to senior members of staff.
Be able to convey high expectations to team members.
Background Desired
Degree level qualification in a relevant field.
Industry certifications in Multimedia/ Audio Visual such as CTS.
