Team Profile:
Operations Technology develops and maintains systems in support of Morgan Stanley's global Operations , including (but not limited to) Settlements , Confirmations , Regulatory Reporting , Position Keeping , Corporate Actions processing and other post - trade functions. Operations Technology is a global organization that is client - focused and functionally aligned. Our organization is built to support our clients functional , regional and business - facing requirements while delivering innovative technology and ensuring plant and processing stability
Roles and Responsibility:
Ensures that validation of all new features and functions are scripted and executed using the prescribed test automation framework within the sprint cycle and the latest test pack is integrated within the CICD set up.
Should be well versed with tools like Agile Requirement Designer (ARD) , AC (Agile Central) , JIRA to understand / fetch / validate the user stories / models in Agile projects
Should have solid understanding of BDD / TDD / ATDD frameworks and various Gherkin languages such as Cucumber , Jasmine , JBehave , Concordian etc.
Maintains the latest version of automated test pack and well versed with version controlling systems (Stash , GIT , Bash etc.).
Demos to Operations / End Users on the new features and shares test results with all stakeholders , ensures End user Quality of the product
Periodically reviews the scripts and optimizes the test pack as per the latest builds / new technology stacks
Should have solid understanding of Capital Market domain
Skillset required :
Good understating of CICD framework
Good understating of Gherkin languages - Cucumber , Jasmine , JBehave , Concordian
Exposure to version control tools
Exposure to web services test automation
Should have solid understanding of Capital Market domain
Hands - on experience in SonarQube , Dockers and Virtualization techniques
Should have clear understanding on Build and Release Management.
