JOB TITLE: S4/HANA ABAP Architect for IoT Digital Connected Assets (EAM S/4HANA)

Asset intensive industries like Energy & Natural Resources require the integrated "Plant Maintenance" (PM) application which is THE KEY ERP system component on S/4HANA Cloud. We are looking for an architect, who can design, implement and deliver very complex module on S4/HANA.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's degree

10+ years of work experience as a developer and 2+ years as an architect.

Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills, results-driven - you have experience working as part or leading of a well performing team with high spirit.

Good business/functional inclination and ability to quickly grasp functional topics

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills with ability to explain complex information in a clear and precise manner

Must possess a unique blend of business and technical knowledge; a big-picture vision, and drive to make that vision a reality

Strong ability to handle changing priorities

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Constantly improves engineering skills in the team and help establish state-of-the-art agile software engineering practices.
• Work with teams across organizational and geographical boundaries to design and develop the state of the art architecture for SAP S4/HANA PM module.
• Responsible for development focusing on designing, coding, testing, quality assurance of software features in a development team under the mentoring or coaching of an experienced person.
• Demonstrates full responsibility for accepted tasks and therefore manifest a good level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency.
• Be self-driven, flexible and agile.
• Strong technical skills in ABAP and OOPS
• Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Programming Principles, Design Patterns and Software Architecture
• Knowledge on Fiori guidelines will be an advantage

Required Candidate profile

WORK EXPERIENCE
10+ years of work experience as a developer on the following technologies - ABAP, HANA CDS, Webdynpro, UI5 Fiori
Experience developing on S/4 technology stack preferred
Knowledge of "Plant Maintenance" (PM) preferred.
