Lead QA Engineer 
 Job Description :

ACI is looking for an Offshore Lead QA Engineer for our project with a Global Pharma client This role will report to the Client's Director of Product Management. The Lead QA Engineer will participate in all aspects of application requirements. Create Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scenario and execute the test cases. The individual will report the failure and success of each test cases and will be responsible to articulate and summarize the issues. Additionally, this role requires the ability to understand, learn and master the complex business rules underpinning our unique offering. The individual will work alongside other engineers and teams, collaborating on the various layers of the business processes within the Flipt Platform.

• Write test plans, cases and scenarios to ensure effective testing coverage
• Execute functional, and UI based test cases, both black box and white box levels
• Work closely with Development, Product Management and QA Testing team to develop an applicable test approach and strategy for both web application based and Mobile apps
• Test Front-end & Back-end Mobile and web application
• Triage issues reported by the Concierge team and support them.
• Log and track defects using the Jira tools

Skills/Competencies

• Experience
• o 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience
• o Solid knowledge of mobile and web application design, development and testing processes
• o Strong understanding of mobile application platforms and technologies
• o Experience creating and maintaining test scripts
• o Hands-on experience with NoSQL database and N1QL(SQL for JSON) query language.
• o Hands-on experience with Jira and Automated testing tools.
• o Demonstrated command and experience working with Test and Defect Management/Workflow tools
• o Experience in software and system performance, load and stress testing required
• o Working knowledge of cloud-based applications, SQL, and Windows GUI
• o Experience with test automation test tools for Web Automation using Selenium Web Drive required
• o Knowledge of Insurance, Healthcare and Pharma domain is a plus
• o Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
• o Experience in Agile/Scrum/DevOps development methodology
• o Comprehensive understanding of test methodologies and techniques
• o Familiarity with Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) and testing process
