Good experience in requirement gathering from clients , writing POC's and Documentation. Hands on development experience using - Java , J2EE , Hibernate , spring technologies and open source tools. Good understanding of any application web servers. Unix / Linux , GWT , HTML5 knowledge is good to have. Certified EC - Council Certified Secure Programmer (ECSP) or GIAC Secure Software Programmer is Plus. Good problem - solving skills. Good Communications and writing skills
