• Bachelor degree or Master degree (depends on the experience).
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of working experience in project management within an IT department and in an international environment.
• Good knowledge of customer and service oriented working
• Excellent knowledge of ICT processes
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
• Good resource management skills
• Good project management skills
• Good people management and coaching skills
• Good process management skills

Basic financial management skilled. Has to manage projects where objectives are already set. Planning and integration on an operational level. The nature of this job is relatively singular in purpose.Interaction with others is critical to the role and is concerned with changing behavior and creation of the right business climate
