NCR Hospitality Solutions is an entrepreneurial team focused on building innovative omni channel solutions for quick and table service restaurants. In this role, you will join a team building Point of Sale products augmented by a web-based Back Office and customer facing user interface. You will be hands on and enjoy creating new products. You desire to work in a team of full stack developers and love working in an Agile environment. We’re looking for someone who values and cares about the big picture but can execute today.

  • Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Ability to: research existing product, analyze use cases, create user stories, communicate/write clearly, conduct functional testing
  • Work closely with Solution Managers, Product Managers, Professional Services teams and customers to understand the business needs
  • Analyze business needs to create MMF - Minimum Marketable Features and user stories that best represent the customer needs and priorities, ensuring business value with every feature and story
  • Own the development team’s backlog, elaborating and prioritizing user stories to be included in the backlog
  • Specify acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure delivery of requirements that meet or exceed the business needs
  • Work closely with the development teams, driving them to deliver the needed functionality for better solutions and improved customer experience
  • Attend requirements gathering workshops with customers, presenting the product capabilities, gathering requirements and identifying gaps
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure full testing coverage
  • Collaborate with documentation teams to ensure proper documentation of the product capabilities
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS and virtualization
  • Agile mindset, capable of working in Scrum
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject areas OR equivalent industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst / Product Owner
  • Previous experience working in Agile / Scrum / SAFe environments
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptable to change in a fast-moving environment.
