Job description

The role :

- It's a high impact role with responsibilities to lead, guide highly energetic and passionate team members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams for developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Redux).

- You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain

Responsibilities :

- Work along with UX, product managers and BAs to get complete requirements and designs

- Analyze requirements for tech feasibility and complexity in UI; design technical solutions

- Document front end designs, contribute to the component library

- Identify front end dependencies and collaborate on creating the timeline

- Work with web services developers and architects to build a cohesive solution. Identify risks to UIUX based on architecture constraints.

- Participate in scrum team activities

- Produce quality code to adhere to performance, readability, reusability best practices

Experience Skills :

- 10+ years of experience as a front end UI developer

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including latest ES6 standard)

- Experience with Responsive Web Design (RWD) and testing for multi-browserdevice compatibility

- At least 3 years of experience utilizing ReactJS framework and other components of React ecosystem to build robust reusable UI code

- Experience building single page applications (SPA) with in-browser transitions using React Router

- Experience managing application state using Redux and using REST APIs

- Experience with GitHub code management tools and git-based workflows

- Familiarity with Chrome DevTools and associated React plugins

- Attention to detail, self-motivation and good communication skills

Good to have :

- Experience using CSS modules or other css-in-js technologies

- Experience profiling front-end codebase, understanding of browser networking and familiarity with web performance best practices

- Experience with front-end unit-testing frameworks

- eCommerce experience, familiarity with Oracle ATG

- Experience with CDNs, AB testing and deployment to the cloud
