Key Skills:

Looking for MS SQL Server Development DBA responsible for providing database development, deployment, and code review services to the organization. This role requires deep skills in data design, modeling and normalization to ensure that database are designed and implemented following CI/CD process and to promote data integrity.

This position will align with and support MDM and data governance strategy by creating and standardizing data systems, policies and procedures.

Skills necessary:

• Hybrid Development DBA with deep Data Analyst skills
• Strong T-SQL Skills
• 5+ years of experience as an Application Development DBA in an enterprise level environment (database development, deployment, and code review services)
• Experience working with TFS (entering database schema, continued improvement, continuity, branching strategy, source code control management)
• Experience taking requirements and translating them into a table/data format.
• Experience translating logical data models and Erwin diagrams into a physical database implementation
• Database administrator's (DBA) primary job is to ensure that data is available, protected from loss and corruption, and easily accessible as needed.
• DBA provide Oracle Support and SQL Server Support
• DBA provide Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading, Specialised Data Handling; Database Backup and Recovery; Security; Capacity Planning, Database Tuning etc.
• Great communication and troubleshooting skills required.
