JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Description:

The Liquidity Portal initiative is currently an enterprise high priority. It enhances the Bancorp’s overall value proposition to its Middle Market clients by enabling clients to centralize their liquidity processes by providing clients with access to multi-bank cash positioning and the capability to concentrate cash whenever and wherever they decide. The Liquidity Portal (LQP) solution will help the bank grow deposits and increase clients’ relationship.

GENERAL FUNCTION:

Responsible for planning and executing testing efforts of systems, releases, fixes and enhancements, including documentation, reporting, analysis and acceptance. Partners with project team and functional business leader to steer projects to success. Ensures applications and platforms are compatible with each other. Ensures adherence to quality standards.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of and ability to design, plan and execute complex system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
• Develops and executes complex test plans and coordinates system testing effort for compliance with requirements, analyzes test results and reports on findings, risk, and progress regularly.
• Develops and updates QA/Software Testing documentation in an efficient and timely manner according to departmental standards and procedures.
• Reviews and provides feedback on test plans, test cases, automation tests, and test reports/results.
• Manage the execution of test plans, defect review board, requirement change requests, and processes for complex projects.
• May recommend process improvements as it relates to the planning and execution of testing.
• Ensure key stakeholders are aware of any delays, risks, or issues impacting the project schedule.
• Generates quality assurance status reports to management for ensuring smooth IT project operations.
• Implements effective and corrective measures to deal with specific IT quality assurance issues.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
