Job Title: RPA UI Path Developer
Location: Tampa, FL

Job Description:
Overall IT Experience: 5-7 years
UiPath Developer: 3-4 years
Skill 1 (Seating Chart)
- UiPath Advanced Certified Developer
- Hand on experience in using ReFramework for configuration, designing, and development of BOTs
- Adept in using API services to integrate UiPath with customer apps
- Adept in desktop, web, and image automation
- Orchestrator configuration, Business and exception handling, Desktop, Web and Image automation
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
- Experience in programming (VB, C#, .NET, C++, ) and databases (SQL) is a must
- Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
- Work with Business Analyst, SME for process identification and feasibility
- Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance
- Identifying and communicating the technical implementation requirements
- Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
- Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout
- Participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs
Skill 2
- Estimating efforts giving due consideration to infrastructure, licensing, development, and support
Skill 3
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude
- Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
Skill 4
- Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, etc.
- Working knowledge of Disaster Recovery Infra, high availability
