Position: Sr. ETL Developer (SSIS Developer)
Duration: 6-month contract (contract to hire)
Would be remote based to start until we know more about COVID.
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
- 10+ years of industry experience involved in building data warehouse and business intelligence solutions
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare payer space
- 7+ years working with the Microsoft technology stack including SSIS/SQL Server
- MINIMUM 5 years of experience in working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS, QlikView, MicroStrategy, etc.
- Experience with computer programming language(s) coding, building deployment software
- 4 Years’ experience using Microsoft’s ASP.NET, SSIS, SSRS, C#, and the .NET Framework
- Experience with Axway (managed file transfer) and Opcon Scheduler a plus
- Solid knowledge of modern software design principles, concepts, and practices
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
- Must have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Advanced understanding of complex database methodologies, data analysis, SQL queries, ETL and business information management applications.
- 5 years’ experience designing, building and supporting ETL processes
- Expertise in database engineering skills on the MS SQL Server platform
- Experience with traditional as well as agile software development processes and methodologies
- Works well independently as well as with a diverse group of business users and technical experts to gather and clarify requirements as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
