Job Description
Role Responsibilities

* Work with business and technology staff to understand and refine project requirements
* Work development project tasks for new .NET web applications
* Enhance existing products and create new features
* Resolve issues with existing products
* Participate in the end to end software development life cycle using Agile/Scrum methodology
- Technical skills including specific tools, methodologies, frameworks, versions ie, Oracle 11G
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in software development using the Microsoft C# .Net technology stack including:
- ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, IIS, SQL Server, and MS Windows Servers
- Ability to author SQL statements or stored procedures, and to create and modify tables and views
- Familiarity with unit testing of .NET applications
- Development within a microservices architecture is beneficial
- Experience with source code management using Git and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Docker / containerization is considered a plus
- Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects
- Ability to take full technical responsibility for the execution of specific projects or definable portions of larger projects
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proactive in clarifying assigned tasks and requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Also beneficial is any prior experience with one or more of the following:
- Octopus Deploy
- New Relic for application monitoring
- DevOps/Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
- Job Scheduling with C# Hangfire
- Docker/Containerization
- Microsoft Azure
