Role:SAP BODS Consultant  
Location: Bridgewater, NJ. USA
Duration: Fulltime

8+ Years of overall in SAP with primary skill as BODS data modeling, with strong SQL Scripting skills, should have at least 2 complete end to end implementations and Strong support experience.
•    BODS 4.2 Data Modeling & SQL Scripting
•    Strong Functional Knowledge in SAP Finance and supply chain.
•    Ability to map the user requirements. 
•    Good verbal and written communication skills.
•    Lead the onsite and offshore team 
Required
•    SAP BODS data modeling with strong SQL Scripting.
•    Experience in defining and setting up BODS repositories 
•    Hands-On in BODS maintenance activities like Job set up, CMC operations, load balancing etc.
•    Hands-On experience in BODS migration & upgrade activities.
•    Experience with BODS job migrations, data store creation/set up between different source and target systems.
•    Domain knowledge of SAP FICO module
•    Experience in handling support projects
•    Experience in BODS Designer Components- Projects, Jobs, Workflow, Data Flow, Scripts, Data Stores and Formats.
•    Should have work experience in different types of transformations like Query transformation, Merge, Case, Validations, Map- operation, History Preserving and Table Comparison transformations.
•    Must have Knowledge on Data Quality Transformation.
•    Must be strong in writing SQL queries and good at debugging the scripts.
•    Must have knowledge on Data warehousing and Database concepts.
•    Exposure in BODS performance tuning techniques using parallel processing (Degree of Parallelism), Multithreading, Partitioning, and Database Throughputs to improve job performance.
•    Experience in Data Services Management Console for Monitoring, Execution and Scheduling BODS jobs.
•    Hands on exp in debugging execution errors using Data Services logs (trace, statics and Error).
•    Creation of technical designs and guidance of offshore developers 
•    Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Desired
•    Strong knowledge in BODS integration with Native HANA, BW on HANA, SAP ERP & different SAP & Non-SAP analytics systems.
•    BODS migration & upgrade to cloud platform.
•    Functional knowledge on MM, SD and FI for Supply Chain
•    Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle
•    SAP Authorizations
•    Experience with programming for application development  

•    Strong BODS data modeling & SQL scripting skillset.
•    Hands-on in designing and developing BODS jobs, setting up repositories, defining and maintaining CMC etc.
•    Maintaining and monitoring jobs in Dataservices console.
•    Hands-on in job distributions and setting up BODS server load balancing.
•    Strong understanding and implementation of performance improvement best practices in existing BODS jobs.
•    Hands-On experience in BODS migration and upgrade activities. 
•    Hands-On experience in laying out testing plan for migration & cutover activities 
•    Implement bug fixes and ensure business continuity.
•    Attend customer meetings and communicate to offshore and drive the deliverables. 
•    Communicate with TCS management about the upcoming demand.
•    Implement the best practices and stabilize the team.
•    Align with customer for set targets on SLA and support the team to achieve it.
•    Be front runner on the critical issues, during month end and quarter end closure periods.
•     Communicate with Analysts and project management and provide accurate status and projections.Able to manage offshore team, as required.
