Mandatory skills:

•            ASP.NET ,SSRS,SSIS and Crystal Reports experience

•            Hands-on experience in .Net Framework

•            6+ years of SDLC real-time experience

•            Exposure to ITIL process and ServiceNow

•            Application production support experience is added advantage

•            Strong Communication Skills and ability to work within a distributed team

•            Offshore co-ordination experience is nice to have

•            Provide L2 and L3 support as per the defined SLA

•            Complete RCA and provide prevention plan on problems

•            Build and maintain documents as part of knowledge management

•            Plan and obtain on-time approval on prod releases and ensure the defect free delivery

•            Align offshore team on project needs and ensure the delivery

•            Review and obtain approval on the design & code with Customer on small enhancements in the application

•            Propose and implement required perfective and proactive maintenance for the applications

•            Provide regular status update to Customer and management.
