Role Description               Maintain and extend web applications | • Build reusable code and libraries for future use | • Optimize applications for security, speed and scalability | • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Essential Skills   4+ years in web development with Microsoft ASP.NET | • Strong understanding of C#, VB.NET | • Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds | • Strong understanding of MS-SQL stored procedures | • Hands on experience with agile development methodologies | • Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 LESS/SASS | • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX | • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git | • Good understanding of unit testing and unit test tooling | • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues | • Good written and oral communication skills
