JOB DETAIL

Competencies  Digital : SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management - Finance - Treasury & Risk Management, Test Management     

 

Role Description :        

• Minimum 10 years of Testing experience and must have worked on all models of testing (Waterfall, Agile etc...)

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Testing experience

• FPSL module experience and HANA4 implementation experience is most suitable

• Minimum 3-5 years of Banking experience preferably on Finance Sector

• Minimum 6 years of Test Management experience handling Manual, Automation & Performance Testing teams.

• Strong ability to strategize, plan/execute and deliver a E2E testing (i.e.) involving SIT, UAT, Automation, Performance testing & Production Acceptance Testing

• Must have hands-on experience in all the testing deliverables like Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Execution and Test Closure

• Proficient in test processes, test concepts and testing deliverables

• Experience in Test Management Tools (Jira, Zephyr and ALM) is must

• Must have designed, implemented and executed test automation solutions in the past

• Must have the ability to drive and/or participate in review meetings

• Must have the ability to assign tasks to team members and monitor/track them to closure

• Must have the ability to manage resources across different geographies and/or also to work independently.

• Must have experience in generating Metrics/KPI and SLA’s.

• Must have the ability to generate Monthly Dashboard with appropriate contents and present it to appropriate stake holders

• Must have the ability to influence and build rapport with customer

• Must recommend & implement value adds and best practices generating ROI benefitting the customer

• Excellent Communication (verbal /written) & interpersonal skills

• Good Attitude
