Role: Mainframe Lead

Location: Erie, PA

Experience:8-10 years

Skill Required:

Support for Set up of offshore mainframe z/VM administration & mainframe service delivery

• Build Relationship with customer and SMEs at customer’s site

• Build Relationship with hardware vendors & support teams

• Identify risk during transition and provide mitigation and track till completion

• Plan and support Version Upgrade, Operating system and tools Installation, Monitoring and alert handling

• Track the delivery and enforce SLA including vendors

• Capacity planning and system performance tuning

• Track all escalations and bridge the gaps accordingly thru action Items

• Draft policies in consultation with client and workload as per business need thru ITIL framework

• Validate mainframe reports with customer and ensure completion on time

• PARMLIB and PROCLIB concatenation, customization and maintenance
