SUMMARY
- OIT’s Data Warehouse Team needs assistance with data integration, data cleansing, and ETL development for the Covid-19 data mart and UCI’s dashboards for reporting and trend analysis. Strong emphasis on data quality and testing.
- Consultant will temporarily augment the Data Warehouse team to provide data integration and ETL development support via Informatica ETL.
- Required skills:
- Informatica ETL developer skill set
- Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
- SQL programming (complex queries required to find data, not reporting tools)
- Data profiling/analysis, and data modelling experience.
- Preferred skills:
- Tableau Report developer experience, which may be utilized as backup to the client team, but not required.
Other:
- Strongly prefer a local consultant. If not, must live/work in the Pacific time zone.
- Will be responsible for documenting technical specifications of their own coding.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to other technical professionals.
