Title        : Oracle HRMS Functional Lead

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration :6+ Months

Job Description:

·         Strong Oracle HRMS functional lead with 10+ years of experience implementing, supporting and upgrading Oracle EBS applications. 

·         SME level expertise and strong functional knowledge of US based HR and

·         Strong Payroll process and EBS knowledge including employee payroll, benefits, stock options, etc. 

·         Expert level knowledge on Talent acquisition, management, terminations 

·         Knowledge of EBS application version 12.2.9 /12.2.10 and differences between the latest version compared to 12.1.3  

·         Ability to work independently with the customer HR process owners. 

·         Willingness to work with a global project team, especially with offshore team in India 

·         Excellent written and verbal communication, and soft skills

·         A great team player with a focus on the shared goals, and flexibility.
