Job Details:

We need PEGA profiles with specific skills.

Here are a few specific CTI requirements

1. Experience in working at the Pega Customer service framework with PegaCALL telephone integration.
2. Strong knowledge of Computer Telephonic Integration architecture.
3. Hands-on experience in debugging & problem-solving on CTI issues.(Pega and Cisco)
4. Experience in working on Platform version of 7.x or higher.
