Ability to gather and document high level requirements from the business. Ability to understand as-is process and suggest to-be processes that align with Pega’s best practices.
Pega including knowledge of the latest UI features
Proven experience optimizing Pega business flows out-of-the-box with minimal custom code
Financial systems experience in Financial Services industry equivalent.
Strong communication skills with good business acumen
Experience leveraging PegaExpress to allow entry of requirements directly into the tool to hand to systems architects
Strong understanding of the pros and cons of Scrum based incremental delivery model
Experience working in an Agile or Continuous Delivery environment.
Hands on experience narrating user stories
Good understanding of all Pega core features
Be able to provide thought leadership to a novice Pega client
Should know Pega customer service framework and the Pega CRM module
