Job Description
The Full Stack .NET Developer will learn and eventually provide on-going support and enhancements of a custom developed line-of-business application for the Water Quality Division.
The application is the Cross-Connection Assembly Management System (CCAMS),
which is a custom (.NET) web-based application developed to track and manage critical regulatory information on the backflow prevention assemblies.
The application also has a corresponding mobile application that was created using Appcelerator Titanium.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Have knowledge of Microsoft ASP.NET Framework and platform programming in general. While this may not be an all-inclusive list, the of this duties and responsibilities of this position will include:
- Develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications built on the Microsoft .NET framework
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
- Support deployment of product releases
- Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
- Adhere to high-quality development principles and Ingenuity’s design/code conventions while delivering solutions on-time
Skills & Requirements
- At least 5+ years of full-stack application development experience in the complete software development lifecycle.
- Must have experience building enterprise web applications from scratch
- Must have experience in the design and development of web applications using Angular 4.0 or higher
- Must have experience in .NET Core 2.0 or higher
- Must have experience creating ASP.NET MVC 4 applications
- Must have experience creating and tuning application databases using SQL Server 2016
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (MYSQL, MySQL)
- Thorough understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and make every day productive
- Should be able to raise concerns and issues on time(proactively)
- Excellent interaction with Client
- Strong experience on Web API and Restful Services
- Some Microservices experience highly desired
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Desire/willingness to learn new skills and techniques
