Position: PeopleSoft Techno-Functional HR
Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have Technical:
• Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS 9.2 (Core HR - ESS, MSS, Workforce Administration, Position Management, Performance Management, AWE, Benefits, Recruitment, Time and Labor, Compensation)
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional role (4+ Years)
o Guided Self Service (GSS), HRSC, Web service development
• Excellent Production support experience managing Incidents, tasks, service requests
• Excellent experience in designing/developing interfaces - Application Engine, Component Interface, File Layout
• PeopleSoft Fluid experience designing/developing mobile ready applications
• Good experience in managing customizations in PeopleSoft
• Extensively used People Tools Technical objects i.e. (Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, File Layout, PS/Query, XMLP/BI Publisher, Component Interface, Application Package and Integration Broker).
• Process Knowledge – Benefits Administration, Core HR, Workforce Administration, Recruitment
• Extensive experience working in SQR and SQL
• PeopleSoft Internet Architecture
• Application Designer, PeopleTools, PeopleCode
• PS Query
• Basic debugging knowledge for App Engine, SQR
• BI Publisher Reports
Non-Technical:
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent analytical and communication skill
• Candidates must be curious, competitive, driven, creative, collaborative, and flexible
• Proven track record working in a cross functional team environment
Good-to-Have
• Experience in transmitting data through B2B gateway
• ServiceNow ITSM tool experience
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Analyze the requirements
2 Perform mapping exercise to develop file based interface
3 Perform implementation in PeopleSoft system. Uses advanced applications programming concepts and organization objectives to resolve highly complex issues.
4 Unit, system and integration system. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
5 Production support
6 Run Payroll jobs
7 Triage with FCA infrastructure team as needed
8 Support integration launches
9 Continuous improvement, implement business aligned metrics
