Detailed Job Description
• Must have knowledge in configurating PeopleSoft Financial modules (AP/GL)
• Must have good knowledge on Installing, monitoring and integrating departmental applications with PeopleSoft
• Must have good knowledge in implementing new modules, applying enhancements within PeopleSoft and managing upgrades of the PeopleSoft and dependent applications
• Must have good knowledge in shell/python scripting and automate routine maintenance tasks as appropriate
• Must have worked in Infrastructure support model co ordinating with offshore
• Must have experience in working with network and server team on implementing necessary network, server, and operating system updates
• Must monitor and manage PeopleSoft and Oracle system security, health, performance, and trends in capacity utilization
• Must be able to collaborate with backup administrators to implement, manage, and verify related database and server backups
• Must have experience in refreshing production data into pre-production environments as needed by the development team
• Must have experience in change management, ensuring that all configuration and People Tools definition changes are appropriate and approved for migration to production
• Support the development team by troubleshooting issues in Production and non-Production application environments and perform migrations between environments
